Mrs Chinyere Okorocha is a Partner & Head of Sectors at Jackson, Etti & Edu, a top tier law firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. She has over 24 year’s practical experience, covering all aspects of Intellectual Property(IP) law. She serves as the Chairperson of the NBA Women Forum.

Eire. Ifueko Alufohai (Mrs.) is an executive-level professional with over 20 years of combined experience in legal practice, legal advisory services, and administration.

She serves the Edo State government in various capacities, including:

  • Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youths and Humanitarian Affairs / Sustainable Development Goals Programme;
  • Focal Person on the Nigeria Gas Expansion Program;
  • State Coordinator for the World Bank Covid-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus Program for Nigeria;
  • Executive Secretary, Alaghodaro Economic Summit LTD/GTE – 2021 till date.

She serves as Vice-Chairperson of the NBA Women Forum.

Mrs. Iniobong Irene Pepple, Secretary NBAWF

Iniobong Irene Pepple (Mrs.) is the Founding  and Managing Partner of Peacemakers Legal Consultancy. She is a Business Attorney and a Child and Women’s Right advocate . She has been in active practice for 22 years. Her practice areas are Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Power and Family Law. Iniobong is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator, a Chartered Arbitrator and a Certified Professional Negotiator and Mediator. She has served the NBA at the branch and national levels.

She serves as Secretary of the NBA Women Forum.

Mrs Mercy Ijato-Agada is an Associate Arbitrator and works with Onche, Adakole & Co. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and has been in active private practice till date. She has served the NBA at the Branch, State, and National levels at various times. She serves as Treasurer of the NBA Women Forum.

Theodora Kio-Lawson is the Head, Branding & Corporate Communication at Arila Group.

A trained lawyer and legal publicist, Ms. Kio-Lawson has served in various capacities both in the legal and media industries, including as Head, Legal Business, and Law Editor of BusinessDay Newspaper.

Her private consultancy, the Loorbrandbox (Law-Brand-Box) & Consult, offers customized brand solutions to the legal industry and has provided communication direction for several legal businesses for the last seven years.

She serves as the Publicity Secretary of the Forum.
